GAME DESCRIPTION

Explore distorted worlds filled with aggressive creatures, psychological horror, and chaotic multiplayer moments. One second you're laughing at your friend getting chased, and the next you're sprinting through the dark hearing footsteps directly behind you.

Chronicle Studios ("we," "us," or "our") operates Fractured VR (the "Game"). This policy explains what information we collect when you play, how we use it, and the choices you have. By playing Fractured VR, you agree to the practices described below.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Account & multiplayer data — such as your display name, friend/lobby codes, and in-game identifiers used to connect you with other players.
Device & headset information — including your VR headset model, operating system, and general hardware specs, used for compatibility and performance.
Gameplay & usage data — session length, crash reports, and general analytics that help us find bugs and improve the game.
Communications — if you email us or message us on Discord, we receive whatever information you choose to share.

We do not knowingly collect precise real-world location, payment card numbers, or biometric identifiers beyond what your VR platform (e.g. Meta) itself already handles under its own policy.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

To operate multiplayer matchmaking and in-game features
To diagnose bugs, crashes, and performance issues
To improve and balance the game over time
To respond to support requests sent to our contact email

We do not sell your personal information.

THIRD PARTIES & PLATFORMS

Fractured VR may be distributed through third-party platforms (such as the Meta Quest Store). Those platforms collect their own data under their own privacy policies, which are separate from this one — we encourage you to review them as well. We may also use third-party analytics or crash-reporting tools that process limited technical data on our behalf.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Fractured VR is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

DATA RETENTION & SECURITY

We retain gameplay and account data only as long as needed for the purposes described above, and we use reasonable measures to protect it. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

YOUR CHOICES

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the email below. Depending on your platform settings, you may also be able to limit data collection through your VR headset or store account.
